This pay as u gym is a great benefit to my situation as i work a month on month off and as not many gyms do offshore rates i find this ideal the staff are friendly & help full always so i have informed a lot of my work mates so thanks see you in a months time as from 05/04/17

Really good experience. Very good reception staff. Gym was quiet (late morning/lunchtime Wed) so all equipment available and I also managed to get in a class. Changing and showers - bit outdated but who needs frills? The only downside - paying 10p for a shot of the hairdryer if you need it.
