Bootcamps are fun 45 minute group circuit training sessions that work the whole body and are great for fat loss, weight loss and body toning. Maximum Results in Minimum Time!
The great thing about bootcamp is that everyone works to their own fitness levels. They cover all ages and abilities and the group environment makes it more fun and enjoyable than exercising on your own.
Bootcamps are available for both women and men with personal trainer Rob coming highly recommended by his previous clients.
Please remember your water, towel/mat and note that there are no showers or changing facilities.
This bootcamp takes place in Sutherland Memorial Park in Burpham, Guildford. Meet next to the children’s playground for all sessions apart from the 6.30am sessions where you meet next to the yellow cricket building on the large field. Please park in the main car park for all sessions (apart from the early 6.30am-7.15am session where you can park on Burpham Lane, GU4 7JL the London Road end).
