The leisure club has over a state of the art fitness suite with over 30 pieces of technogym training equipment plus a fantastic free weights section. With fully qualified instructors on hand to help you with any of your health and fitness needs we strive to offer the best training facility in Ashford. This is supported by a dedicated spinning studio and aerobics studio with a wide range of classes offered throughout the week. The pool was refurbished in 2007 and is 20metres in length and at a constant depth, with ample swim for both swimming and relaxing. To complete the pool area there is a sauna, steam room, heated loungers and a Jacuzzi all available for to relax and unwind from the stresses of everyday life.
