The broken treadmill has been removed but no replacement as yet, limited equipment as only a small gym and most items are in need of updating, not a bad price for a local one off visit

Purely to treadmill run this evening, perfect cheap and local gym for bad weather workout, 4 treadmills although 1 has been out of order for sometime, the others could do with being updated with usb & tvscreen but adequate.

Quiet gym which is great for a more gentle paced workout, love the box steps with adjustable height boxes & medicine balls and weight bags are super for core & arm strength.

Nice & quiet Tea time visit, still a broken treadmill, hoping they will scrap and get a new, all electronic internet/tv one. Some old dated equipment but a peaceful workout almost balances it out.

Just me & my training buddy in the gym this morn , very bad Ice on paths & roads prob kept people away. Plenty of cross train bikes to choose from, all mobile so you can move them to watch tv or people watch.

On arrival only a handful of users so no waiting on equipment but there were some teenage users acting inappropriately, shouting and dropping heavy weights. Normally such a peaceful gym.

Very busy sat morn in the building, lots of karate kids running around changing rooms whilst I was trying to change, gym was quietish & used treadmill (although 1 is broken)then tums & bums on padded mat, showers warm but plug hole blocked

Sunday is a day of martial arts so the changing rooms can be busy with families, there are 3 private cubicles if u find one free. Gym was very quiet which I like, 1 treadmill broken which will effect busy times. Good combo or free weights & machines, you can move weights around to find a quieter

I enjoyed it here, it was as I was hoping it would be and it's easy for me to get to and worth the money.
