Equipped with free weights, bench presses, squat racks, treadmills, exercise bikes and a vast personal training room, the gym has everything you need to exercise the way you want. The site’s swimming pool is also available for use, along with a sauna, steam room and café in which you can unwind.
Just off Station Road and near to South Street, the gym is well served by road links. The gym offers rebates to motorists using the 3-storey car park at Jackson Square or the nearby Waitrose car park, both about a 10 minute walk away. Bishop’s Stortford rail station is very close by, a convenient 3 minute walk from the gym. All Saints Church is the nearest bus stop, a 9 minute walk away.

Gym is decent. Large range of machines and free weights. Pool is a modest size, but after 4 people get in it can become a bit cramped. Best place to pay as u gym in Stortford
