Always very quiet when I go (even weekday evenings) so never a queue for kit. They have a decent free weights selection with a Hammer Strength rack/platform and a couple of Olympic bars.

Great gym, great staff. My only complaint would be that there were some guys in what looked like builders clothes using the equipment. Not really a complaint but I think the correct gym kit should be worn.

A cheap usually very quiet gym. It is small but you never have to queue for equipment. A good range of people and not too many gym bunnies so not too intimidating.

Gym always pretty empty later on Saturdays and past 9, as you'd expect!

Great place to go for hour sessions to keep fit with range of equipment and no queues.

Staff are friendly and always about to solve problems, often a staff member is present in the gym and they offer to help/advise!
