The newly refurbished Waterfront Gym is now open at the BEST WESTERN PLUS Dover Marina Hotel & Spa as part of the expansion of the Waterfront Spa and Health Club.

The gym at The Waterfront Health Club & Spa is made up of various resistance and cardiovascular machines; including treadmills, cross trainers, steppers and much more!

In addition, there is a dedicated free weights area to conduct your exercises as well as fitness aids such as Swiss balls.

For those requiring advice on fitness programs there is a trained fitness instructor available to advise and assist you in putting together your own personal fitness plan.

The staff are good and very helpful. The equipment were recently updated and I am now going back frequently

Staff are always friendly and happy to help, facilities are always clean and tidy, although free weights are limited and difficult to access at peak times. However I have recommended this gym to friends and family due to the range of facilities available and the 24 hour access to the gym

Compact but well equipped and quiet.

Compact, with little space around some machines. But well equipped and not busy. Oh, and they play music videos, rather than music over muted TV's; far better, I think.
