Went during a quiet time at xmas and staff were really friendly. The gym in general had a great relaxed atmosphere

Great value, friendly gym for CrossFit-style workouts. Has a pull-up rig, a couple of Concept2 rowers, dumbells, kettlebells, about 200kg of bumper plates, gymnastic rings, a prowler sled and a lifting platform. Limitations are - (1) Dropping bars not allowed, (2) limited number of bumper plates.
