The gym has everything you need. There is plenty of cardio equipment including curve treadmills, treadmills, crosstrainers, bikes, water rowers and rowers. The weights area of the gym has a range of free weights (dumbbells, weight plates, benches all powered by Technogym) and a wide range of resistance machines. There is plenty of added equipment such as kettlebells, weight sleds, Bulgarian bags and much more to supplement your workouts.
A functional area of the gym has a rig with monkey bars, battle ropes and pullup/dip stations.
Alongside the gym is a luxurious pool, sauna and steam room which can be enjoyed after your workout. Bannatyne Livingston has clean and modern changing facilities, showers and a café area.
Free parking is available to all customers and public transport can be caught from Rosebank Roundabout a short walk from the club.

I really enjoy the spa facilities, it always clean and well maintained. The staff is very friendly, the class instructors are great.

Good facilities, jacuzzi, pool, sauna and steam room is a real plus. Lots of classes, the gym itself doesn't have loads of equipment so best to go at off peak
