The cardio machines are basic but there is plenty of variety in machines and the strength machines are great. The gym was never too busy that I couldn't use the machine I wanted.

The guys were very friendly and helpful. The gym doesnt have a lot of frills but thats fine by me and represented very good value for money. All the equipment in pretty good condition.
