The Copper Box Arena is one of the iconic sport venues from London 2012 Olympic Games. This world-class facility is home to a state of the art 80 station gym, 2 exercise studios and a former Olympic sports hall which hosts a number of sports that you can get involved in.
The brand new gym is fully air-conditioned and has over 80 Technogym stations including cardio and resistance machines so you’ll never be waiting around for any equipment. The free weights area is perfect for adding strength training to your workout and matted areas are available for pre and post workout stretching.
Take part in one of the group exercise classes that run throughout the week in the arena’s two studios. There are over 25 classes to choose from including Yoga, Pilates and Bootcamp so there is something for all ages and abilities. Booking is required and additional costs may apply.
If you want to take up a new sport or get back into training for a sport the arena hosts a range of activities in the sports hall. The sports hall features 3 basketball courts, 10 badminton courts and host a number of other sports including basketball, netball, fencing, badminton and gymnastics.

Copper Box Arena is situated within Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and has excellent transport links. The nearest tube and rail stations are Stratford (DLR, Jubilee, Central, Overground and Greater Anglia) and Stratford International Station (DLR and Southeasten Rail). Bus services 388 (Blackfriars – Stratford City), 308 (Clapton – Wanstead) and D8 (Crosshabour – Stratford International) all go through the park. Stratford Bus Station is nearby and number of bus services stop here. A small car park is available outside the arena and there is a multi storey car park located in the north of the park, charges do apply for parking with 1-2 hours from £1.50.
