On your first visit to an Everyone Active Club you will be required to register for an Everyone Active Card, agree to the Health Commitment Statement and watch a 15-minute Online Induction. Without doing so you will be unable to gain access to the gym.
At Dulwich Leisure Centre you will find everything you need to be able to achieve your fitness goals. They pride themselves on the welcoming environment they provide, and the gym has recently undergone a significant refurbishment to kit out the gym with all the latest equipment that you might need.
The gym floor is equipped with all the latest Technogym cardio equipment which includes an impressive 20 running machines – so you will never have to wait! They also have a TRX cube, powerplates and stairmasters so that you can vary your cardio.
All of this is combined with a large number of resistance machines and a large free weights section. If you’re looking to take a break from the machines, then why not take part in one of the 80 sessions that take place here each week (extra costs and pre-booking may be required).
After you’ve completed your workout then you should check out the 25m pool that they have here. There are men only and women only sessions as well. If you tend to get a bit peckish after your workout then you will be pleased to know that there is a cafe on site.
If you’re a parent and need somewhere for your young child to stay when you work out, then you will be pleased to know that there is a creche on site.
The gym is easy to access as it’s just off the Crystal Palace Road in SE22 near Evans Cycles. If you are coming by bus then the number 37 and 484 both stop just a minutes walk from the gym. Alternatively, East Dulwich would be the closest station and it is a 3-minute taxi journey or a 10-minute walk.
