Fat Attack bootcamps are designed to challenge, motivate and give you just the kick start you are hoping for and the best option for an intense ongoing fitness regime. The bootcamps are highly effective and designed to help you get Leaner, Fitter and Stronger. Conducted by elite fitness trainers, our intensive group sessions will put you through your paces whatever your fitness levels and objectives.
All sessions consist of a mixed group of people with mixed abilities all with a common goal to get fitter. Sessions are 45mins and 60mins long.
