About this gym

Established in 1973, Fighting Fit is one of London's leading martial arts schools with locations throughout South West London and Surrey. Tony Lloyd who is the Founder and Chief Instructor of Fighting Fit (8th degree black belt in Kung Fu and Kickboxing) offers Kung Fu, Self Defence, Kickboxing, Group Fitness and Personal Training.Tony has practised martial arts for over 45 years and has taken the aspects he feels are most useful and effective from various forms of martial arts, and all techniques have been tried and tested in real life situations. All the instructors at Fighting Fit have years of experience and are fully insured, DBS checked and first aid trained. The training system at Fighting Fit is a combination of Martial Arts with fitness and self defence. The programme will make you fitter and more confident to ensure you are feeling and looking good whatever your age or fitness level. Fighting Fit employs both male and female instructors and pride themselves on their many women black belts and instructors who encourage and support female students. Kingfisher Leisure Centre is in Kingston Town Centre and is only a couple of minutes walk from Kingston Station. If travelling by car, there are a number of pay and display car parks nearby.
