Fit for a Princess bootcamps are renowned for transforming women’s bodies! They are suitable for all levels and we welcome women of all ages, size and ability.
Bootcamp workouts are specifically designed and put together in a split routine fashion to maximise inch loss, shape change and fitness levels, but they also packed with laughter and camaraderie! Bootcamps will work the whole body, inside and out!
Please note that the meeting point for all outdoor sessions in Primrose Hill is at the bottom of Primrose Hill (near the playground & toilets). Please always bring a bottle of water and, if you prefer, a towel/mat for floor work.
