Everyone knows that regular exercise is the best way to lose weight, shape up and stay healthy. Our sessions are designed for everybody. Whether you’re young or old, male or female, if you exercise regularly or just getting back into it, I will deliver an effective workout to suit your needs. Our goal is to create a fun, positive atmosphere while providing you with a programme that will keep you on your toes. The results are a leaner, stronger, more flexible, happier you! I will try to mix it up each class, making it the ultimate high intensity interval workout. Some days we’ll focus more on cardio, other days strength training, but always core conditioning! Each class will include a cardio component, such as running (or jogging/walking, depending on your fitness level), plyometrics or agility drills, and will incorporate body weight strength training.
