About this gym

Giants Gym is an excellent weights training facility located in London N22 close to Bowes Park train station and Bounds Green Underground. With plenty of strength and cardio equipment this is a great place to train for serious weightlifters! The gym has everything for serious weightlifters- dumbbells up to 60KG+, barbells, EZ curl bars and plenty of weight plates which can be used to load up barbells or resistance machines. Included are benches (incline/flat), squat racks, hack squat machine, Hammer Strength machines plus more. Extra equipment includes stability balls, kettlebells, mats for stretching and weight clips. There is a separate rack of weighted barbells or various weights, weight bags and a punch bag. A cardio area has modern treadmills, rowers and bikes which can be used. Giants Gym has lockers to store valuables and can be accessed via public transport- Bows Park overground and Bounds Green Underground are less than 5 minutes walk from the gym. Buses run from Bounds Green Road.
