At the heart of iHuman Fitness is our BOOM programme. These high-intensity interval training (HIIT) classes are unique to us and pack a lot of fitness into just half an hour - they are focused and concentrated and produce results. You can fit them into your busy day and they are energising, not exhausting.
BOOM is complemented on our schedule by yoga and Pilates and we also offer personal training.
