This weekly Vinyasa Flow class is a perfect weekly medicine if your daily activities cause you to experience tension in your hips, lower back or legs (office workers, runners, cyclists, dancers, athletes, sports players, sedentary).
Nicolette has plenty of experience teaching yoga and pliates primarily with female entrepreneurs as they journey together towards mental and physical freedom, confidence, strength, agility, energy, flexibility, recovery, peace and above all happiness. She also delivers wonderful yoga and Pilates workshops within London, nationally and internationally.
