At Omega Movement their aim is to get people moving in whatever way they find comfortable and within their abilities, having fun whilst doing it! The majority of their classes are based on a unique expression of hatha yoga with vinyasa flow, emphasising movement with breath, form, and attention to detail. Each session is a celebration of individual differences so each class becomes unique depending on the students in the room. The main classes are:
Gentle Yoga a slower class that can be more suitable to beginners who want more time to learn the poses, and
Flow Yoga a faster moving class that can create a more cardiovascular feel at the height of the session.
Pilates is a low-impact exercise regime designed to strengthen, tone and control your muscular movements initiating from the core of the body.
