Straightline Fitness runs Straightline Energy outdoor fitness boot camp sessions, throughout the week in Battersea Park.
Bootcamp sessions utilise a variery of training methods and have proven successful, fun and challenging and are sure to get you straight to your fitness goals. No session is ever the same and you won't know what you are doing until you turn up on the day. We like to keep you on your toes so come prepared to work hard and we will ensure you leave with a smile on your face, and a tired body.
Sessions will utilise the following methods and equipment:
HIIT, Body weight excercise, TRX training, Boxing, Running, Medicine balls, Tyres, Power bags, Kettle bells and much much more.
Straightline Energy session are non-military style and we pride ourselves in making sure you are using correct technique and avoiding injuries.
We will meet in Battersea Park, in the car park close to Albert Gate entance just off Albert Bridge Road, south side of the Albert Bridge
