Damaris teaches a slow flow (vinyasa) yoga class that combines mindful movement with the breath. Attending her classes will help you build strength and stamina whilst stretching and opening the body to help you feel a lot stronger and more spacious inside. She aims to promote optimum physical wellbeing by paying close attention to healthy alignment and integrates awareness of the breath to help centre and calm the mind.
The classes start with a short relaxation followed by a fluid and energising sequence of sitting and standing poses. These are all modified to ensure her class is accessible to all levels from beginners to expert yogis! Pranyama (breathing practices) meditation are often included and the classes always close with a deep relaxation. Damaris' classes will leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated!
