Only used the pool facilities this time, the jacuzzi is really hot and quite big and the steam room is lovely. Wish the sauna was hotter
Great space for kettlebells etc. The spa as always was relaxing with great area for seating/chilling
Pool warm, sauna, steam and Jacuzzi all working well - staff friendly and once they understood the Pay as u gym process, they were able to help.
Good gym area and excellent pool area with gym and sauna and steam room.
I didnt use the gym area only the pool... the sauna and spa pool are great!!!
Pool sauna and steam room great, didn't use the gym but looks nice
Plus: Really nice gym, plenty of machines and free weights and nice spa area with sauna, steam room and two jacuzzis.
Negative: Only one squat rack, so possible not the best place if you need to squat or deadlift.
gym was closed due to refurbishment.

I would never have thought that exercise could make a difference to memory. With dementia in my family...
I would say aim for 1 minute and then work upwards to a max of 3 minutes - anything longer is just boring!...
definitely agree with reducing meat intake, or just buying good quality meat - I have felt so much better...
and the other thing with body weight is that you always have it to hand! Good for the bones too.
