I still wish the jacuzzi had a restart button the user could activate.

The lateral pull down machine is overdue for an upgrade, but otherwise, fine for the money.

On this occasion, the gym was busy, making the small size a bit of a hindrance having to wait for equipment

One machine's out of order and has been for several visits. Not good for an already small gym (really reduces choices). Lucky my main goal for visit was to use sauna/steam room. First time visit at busy time (3 other people on resistance machines:)), just highlighted smallness of gym.

Mainly went for the sauna. Observation: the lateral pull-down machine needs servicing. The rubber around the cables is worn out and sticks in the guide pulleys. I probably wouldn't notice if the other pull down machine wasn't out of order.

I'm a very regular visitor - for the price (crucial detail), there's no better sauna/steam/jacuzzi combo in the area (another crucial detail) - the main reason I visit. They could do with more space for the gym or invest in more multi-purpose equipment. When I need gym I go elsewhere :(

Still not bad for the price. A button for users to reactivate the jacuzzi would be nice. Don’t have to wait to catch staff’s attention

Just went for the spa this time. As a fairly regular user I would say there are no deal breakers (for the price), but the shower temperature (not low enough) and flow rate could be better. Men’s toilets could use more regular cleanup (more a fault of some users not respecting shared facility).

Could do with showers that get properly cold and have higher pressure. LivingWell Reading has that... you just beat them by having a jacuzzi.

On this occasion, I only went for the spa facility. Everything was as expected. I still have an issue with the edge of the jacuzzi. The inward bending lip is uncomfortable!
