Whether you want to build your stamina on a treadmill or crosstrainer or perhaps you want to build muscle using the free weights or resistance machines, this is the perfect club to visit to reach all of your fitness goals.
Located adjacent to Bourne Community College, the club is easily accessible and has parking on site. If you prefer to travel by public transport, bus routes 44a, 44b and 121 or Southbourne station is just a 5-10 minute walk away!
