If you want a weights session It's not great, only a few resistance machines and 1 bench with few metal weights to make up your own dumbels

If you want a basic workout no problem plenty cardio machines but lacks wieghts and range of exercise machines, no dumb bells over 10kg but did the job for me.

It is exactly what it says.
Basic gym but actually has more equipment than some other more expensive local gyms (albeit combined into a smaller floor space).
I would recommend this if you want a cheap effective workout.
