About this gym

Xercise 4 Less Renfrew is the second Xercise4Less facility to arrive in Scotland, located in Renfrew Retail Park with over 29,000 sq ft of floor space. Included in this is their MATRIX cardiovascular fitness and resistance machines, a full sized boxing ring with bags, free weights area and a women’s only area. The gym is broken into four main sections: a Cardio Zone, Functional Training zone, Personal Training Zone and a Combat zone. The Cardio Zone holds 40 treadmills, 40 cross trainers, bikes, steppers and rowers, catering for all your cardio training requirements. On top of this are impressive free weights facilities, which has a variety of dumbbells going right up to 75kg. Furthermore, we provide a range of weight training machines, Smith machines and squat racks plus kettlebells, core bags, gym balls and TRX. A state of the art fitness studio is purpose built and hosts over 40 classes per week. They offer everything from Bokwa, Boxercise and Zumba to LBT, Abs, Body Pump, Bootcamp and more so there will be plenty to suit anybody’s individual fitness requirements. Classes will be led by fully qualified members of our personal training team, who are on hand throughout opening hours to give advice and conduct private personal training sessions.
