The centre is host to a variety of sports and activities the gym is suitable for all gym enthusiasts. The gym contains bikes, treadmills and crosstrainers for cardio training and also a variety of strength equipment including dumbbells, benches, resistance machines and weight plates. Swiss balls and mats are available for stretching and functional workouts. Kings Rochester Sports Centre has showers and changing facilities. Parking is free and onsite.
