S20 Physique is an excellent facility built on foundation blocks from WBFF Pro Ryan Dack. S20 Physique blends old school gym ethos and mindset with new age facilities and methods. The gym is host to a wide range of equipment including hammer strength plates and resistance machines. There are barbells, kettlebells and dumbbells for free weights and plenty of benches to use. There are also a variety of cardiovascular machines including treadmills and a collection of spin bikes (class available as extra). PT, diet and training plans are available from the team at extra cost and parking is available outside of the gym. Changing rooms and lockers are available on site.

Really friendly staff and loads of equipment. Ideal for those who want weights and resistance more than cardio. Will happily go back if I’m in the area again. It’s clearly popular with some serious lifters and muscleheads but unlike some smaller gyms it doesn’t feel intimidating.

This is a really nice gym with a good vibe to get into your workout. Friendly owners and staff and men and women training together. Lots of weight and a good range of machines has everything covered.

I will train at S20 in the future for sure.
