Motiv8 Bootcamps are instructed by experienced ex-army PTI Gavin McColl and team. Regardless of fitness level, the class is designed to suit all levels whether you are a beginner or an athlete! The classes are fun, will push you hard, well structured and very motivational to improve your fitness and get you into the best shape possible!We mix running, boxercise, circuits and military style training to to guarantee you a tough workout to push you to get fit but most importantly to have fun with a small and friendly group!
By combining Cardio training and resistance training using mainly your body weight. If you want to tone up and lose weight or improve stamina, our classes will be perfect for you! The classes are split into 2 or 3 groups. Beginners, Intermediate and Advanced depending on fitness levels. There will always be a beginners group.
