The Fitness Hub is much more than just a gym. This facility caters for people from all walks of life whether your goal is weight loss, getting fit, building muscle or learning martial arts.
The 6000sq/ft facility has free on site Parking, boasts a great range of equipment which include pin loaded Life Fitness Resistance Machines, Free weights from 1kg-60kg, Olympic bars with over 700kg Plates, Strongman apparatus, and also a vast range of cardiovascular equipment to get you working up a sweat. These include treadmills, stationary bikes, cross trainers, rowers and steppers as well as a large stretch and core matted area. You can also try the unique outdoor training zone with lots of outdoor training apparatus.
The martial arts room (The Fight Hub) holds a variety of martial arts and boxing classes and benefits from a variety of heavy-duty punchbags, a boxing ring, a caged octagon as well as a huge variety of functional training equipment including TRX, battle ropes, medicine balls, skipping ropes and much more. Also on site you will find a Supplement Shop, Sunbeds, Personal Training, Hair & Beauty, Tattoo Studio and Cosmetics Company.
