Very nice gym, clean and full of nice and decent people. The only negative thing is that it is underground, which is a bit of a downer (I like to watch outside while training, it's a bit claustrophobic otherwise). Unfortunately I haven't had a chance to visit the swimming pool which seems very nice!

Good clean gym, not many staff around if you get stuck with how to use equipment (that could have been the time I went though around half eight). Brilliant range of equipment, both machine based and free weight.
