Saturday morning trail classes are held at different locations across South Downs. The instructor will be in touch beforehand to confirm the location and meetup point.

A combination of awesome cardio, strength and conditioning workouts plus fun training techniques, fitness kit and support and from your peers will keep you coming back for more.
Held on the green grass of Hove Lawns, these morning and evening sessions mix-up training techniques to constantly keep you wanting more. Things like team cardio games, kettlebell conditioning workouts and interval relays are all combined to give you a damn fine workout. We meet on the Lawns, more or less opposite where Lansdowne Place meets the Kingsway.
