Great gym with great equipment.

This is predominantly a weightlifter's gym. There is little cardio machinery but a really good range of free weights equipment. It is pretty friendly. Plus side is very good gear, well organised, not too busy and really handy opening hours (06:00 - 20:00). Downside pumping and intrusive music.
