This system has been carefully put together with over 20 years of experience in Olympic Weightlifting, the system continues to be enhance and improved all the time.
Olympic Weightlifting is made of 2 exercises, Snatch and Clean & Jerk. Here at London Olympic Weightlifting Academy they will provide you the very best training to learn and excel at Weightlifting.
