Mojo Me Pilates classes are designed to help you feel fitter, stronger and more confident. With the help of instructor Michelle Murray an expert Pilates, fitness and mindset coach you will be taking the steps to become the best version of yourself that you can be.
Pilates is a form of exercise that not only teaches you how to strengthen and support your back and improve your core, but will also give you the body shape you’re looking for along with a balanced body and mind. With an emphasis on strengthening core muscles to help support the back and stabilise the whole body, you will look more lean and toned, the tummy will become flatter, poor posture will improve, you will be able to do things with more grace and ease and the body will be less prone to pain and injury.
Classes are for beginners/improvers and take place in Fyber Fitness on Northcote Road.
