2 West Point Building, Packet Boat Lane, London, UB8 2JP

One of the top rated gyms in the area, Panthers Gym in Uxbridge offers an enormous amount of choice when it comes to fitness equipment. CV machines, resistance stations and free weights complement a stretching and core strength area, with padded floors to help you stretch, and a range of swiss balls and saunas for when you want to take a few minutes to yourself.

In fact there are some 12,000 square feet of fitness space, making it one of the largest fitness facilities in the area. If you’re wanting to improve your aerobic fitness, then running machines, cycling machines, cross trainers and much more will all help you reach your goals.

It’s not just hard work, sweat and toil at Panthers, but you also have the opportunity to unwind with a spacious sauna, pampering treatments from its in-house beautician, and state-of-the art sunbeds.

Panthers can help you to lose weight, help you to get fit, and of course, help you to unwind thanks to its range of equipment. The friendly and motivational staff will also help to keep you on track with diet and nutritional training also available. Everyone is welcome at the centre, whether beginner or advanced members, from young to old.

Voted the Best Gym in Middlesex, one customer also says it’s the best bodybuilding gym in North West London.

There is a cafe on-site and you can also buy protein drinks, supplements and clothing from the shop. As an Education Centre of Excellence for the UKBFF and IFBB, bodybuilding champions visit the gym regularly.

How to find us:
Just south of Uxbridge, the nearest station is West Drayton (National Rail) and a free car park runs under as well as to the rear of the gym. Quite disappointed with my last visit here. Helen the owner had a go at me for taking a selfie in the gym! She said photos are not allowed. I see so many other people taking pictures at the gym. I always take gym snaps to monitor my progress, just like everyone does!! I won't be returning here again

Nice gym. Lots of equipment. The only thing I did not like is that you have to pay 20p for a locker.

90% of the equipment is broken

The gym was packed today with girls training as a large group for their competition prep. It was nice they organised a group session for the girls, however, there was no space in the gym to train as all the equipment and machines were taken. No signs in the gym to warn members in advance!

Gym could do with a big refurbishment. I still go there due to machines which I cannot find anywhere else.
They always have cleaners going around but it still smells damp in the gym and changing rooms.
I make new fitness friends here. Nice people.

A brilliant gym for training legs. So far I have not been able to train anywhere else as well as Panthers, because they do not have an many useful machines. I only use other gyms for upper body. The only thing missing really is foam rollers, resistance bands and TRX. That would be the ultimate!!!

I have noticed that the music has been very quiet recently at this gym, and often turns off for long periods of time. I think they play music from a laptop which streams from youtube. It's great as it is not the typical tunes you hear on the radio, but it used to be much louder and now its too quiet

I have recently made some new friends at Panthers and we now train together. If you are not a body builder like myself, the gym can be quite intimidating at first. However, once you get to know people you realize they are the nicest people you will ever meet. So down to earth.

This gym is within an industrial area, so a little tricky to access. The gym it quite cold but I like the fact everyone is in their zone and dedicated to training. The members are really nice but I found staff to be quite unfriendly. I was hoping to be shown around on my fist visit.
