One of the most up-to-date gyms in Newquay, Better Newquay Sports Centre welcomes all to use its new-look multi-station gym with high quality facilities. The venue offers a fantastic range of modern cardiovascular, resistance equipment and free weights which are targeted at all training types, so you can feel good about your workout if you’re a gym junkie or even just starting out. As with most Better gyms, there are friendly and qualified staff operating inside the gym, who are always happy to help out with any burning questions you might have to improve your fitness regime. Better Newquay Sports Centre is less than a mile walk from Newquay train station and accessible by local bus routes, so it’s nice and easy to get to. If you are planning to drive to this gym in TR7, there is also parking available for all to use.
