The gym was only adequate and the swimming pool was nice- as a result I would imagine that there are stronger parts of their business than this

Friendly staff. Class variety was good even during a period where they were short staffed. Excellent spin classes with a great view to take your mind off the pain. changing rooms are very hot and a little cramped but the gym is excellent generally - a great find. I was very happy. even tried TRX.
