Please note there are refurbishment works taking place at the gym until December 9th. In that time the gym facilities can be used in the XTen room.The newly refurbished fitness suite at The Rapids is a modern, spacious gym, which incorporates CV and resistance machines. All of the cardio equipment have fully interactive, touch screen TV's and the latest technology from Matrix, which allows you to be transported to another part of the world. They also have free weights and a functional training area which allows you to have a varied and exciting exercise programme.

Good gym, well equipped. Lots of modern cardio, resistance, free weight and strength equipment. Quite busy but always something available. Would use again when in the area. 3 hrs free parking too, so don't use the paid car park right next door!
