About this gym

The Fitness Regiment are firm believers that with the correct nutrition, training, motivation and coaching, everyone ”can” achieve their exercise and fitness goals as efficiently and effectively as possible and they have equipment on offer for everyone to do just that! Whether you are looking to build muscle, tone up, slim down or be a functional athlete then Fitness Regiment have something for you! The Fitness Regiment go beyond motivating you to exercise. The facilities include a good range of dumbbells, free weights, olympic bars and resistance machines as well as a large matted area where classes and boot camps take place. There is a range of cardio equipment and plenty of spin bikes. Punch bags are available for use and extra classes including Muy Thai also. There are showers, changing rooms and lockers for both males and females and a car park outside. Opening Times: Mon-Thurs: 06:00 - 21:00 Fri: 06:00 - 20:00 Sat: 08:00 - 17:00 Sun: 10:00 - 17:00 Directions: The Fitness Regiment is located near Bath Road, between Bristol and Bath Spa. It is in the next road to where Goals Bristol South is. Turn off Bath Road onto Bonville Rd and then right onto Emery Rd and TFR is Unit 1, 24 Emery Rd.
