We combine Kickboxing and lower body training to some light brazilian music. There is very little choreography and you will do just fine even with two left feet! Whether you are new to fitness or a seasoned pro, everyone is welcome and everyone can work to their own level of fitness. Just bring a towel and a water bottle and we will do the rest.
