About this gym

Dynamics Health & Fitness is a family run gym in Purley that's recently undergone a huge refurbishment. The family partnership have lived in Purley for the last 15 years and saw an opportunity to create a community within their gym promoting health & fitness and with the help of the approachable, knowledgeable and helpful staff. The club has become one of the most popular gyms in the local area thanks to their facilities, great staff and excellent customer reviews. There is a large cardio area upstairs with the state of the art treadmills, cross trainers and bikes. Their free weights area has been upgraded with brand new flooring and rubber matting and complete with barbells and dumbbells increasing in 2 kg increments all the way up to 50kg. At Dynamics they also have a range of fixed strength equipment and free weights. The downstairs area of the gym has recently been completely overhauled to offer a more free style type of training. Brand new resistance machines have been added as well as fitness aids such as kettlebells. The area is very spacious allowing you to do your workout without restriction. The gym is located on Brighton Road and is situated across from Reedham (Surrey) rail station.
