Recently refurbished, there is everything you need for fitness, toning up, weight loss and general well being. Both families and dedicated gym users return regularly making this one of the top rated gyms in the area. The upgraded gym is spread over three floors and includes over 100 stations of the latest Technogym equipment and free weights. Studio flooring, new sound system, dedicated aero biking studio and refurbished female changing rooms complete this impressive gym renovation. Experienced and friendly staff will help give all the motivation and support you need to use the machines and achieve your fitness goals. Specific gym sessions and personal training are also available for various age groups. The fully refurbished 33m pool has a retiled poolside and transformed diving boards for fitness and fun recreational sessions. Further facilities include a wide range of exciting gym classes for those who like fun and social group routines. From group cycle and Boxfit to Latino Aerobics and Power Pump, there are sessions to suit all ages and abilities. Other popular facilities at the fitness centre include the relaxing steam room and sauna, which are ideal to visit after a tough workout. There are some great gym reviews from customers.
