Located in the Crouch End area, Jo Fox Yoga will help you learn to reconnect with yourself, creating harmony, health and balance. Yoga is a beautiful way to explore the body and mind, and regular practice brings strength and awareness to the body and improves both physical and mental well-being.
Classes will usually include standing poses, balancing poses, forward bends, twists, back bends and inversions but will be modified according to your level of practice. Adjustments will be given as necessary to ensure correct alignment and to allow students to explore their full potential in a posture. Classes are open to all ages and for beginners to advanced practitioners.
