I enjoyed my 1st session at the gym..
Area was clean and tidy.
Equipment is a little bunched together as it's not the big inside.
Good balance of equipment to use.
I would recommend going to the gym before 3pm as I was told it gets very packed and you struggle to use the equipment.

A serious gym for serious trainers. Don't expect a fluffy experience, for people who like to lift heavy and lift hard.

Great during the working day when you can access all the equipment, of which there's lots. How busy it is during peak times, I can't attest to.

Well, it's very busy during peak times (I went at 6pm on a week night) and it's hard to access the equipment - especially the free weights - which were populated by people very conspicuously and self-consciously working out.

As a regular gym goer, I've always struggled to understand the overt machismo that leads to excessively loud grunting, shouting at yourself and general territorialism that pervades some gyms. This is one of those sort of gyms. To some that will appeal, to others it won't. But, it is what it is.

A gym for meatheads. If you're one; you'll love it. If not; you won't. If you don't understand what this means then it's not your sort of gym.

Staff were friendly and helpful. There is a very good range of basic strength building equipment. A very good gym for body-building.

Old fashioned weights gym. Excellent free weights and resistance machines. Even on a Saturday lunchtime it was quite quiet.

Not a bad range of weights machines. Not too busy so was able to get round ok. Bit pricey though at £6.30

Not a bad gym. Small selection of cardio machine. A bit cramped but on the whole a half decent gym
