Mats will be provided but you are welcome to bring your own.
At Omega Movement their aim is to get people moving in whatever way they find comfortable and within their abilities, having fun whilst doing it! Omega Movement is London’s most unique Pilates and yoga studio. Set apart by their avant-garde team inviting one and all to experience the art of building strength, fluidity, health and happiness.
The majority of their classes are based on a unique expression of hatha yoga with vinyasa flow, emphasising movement with breath, form, and attention to detail. Each session is a celebration of individual differences so each class becomes unique depending on the students in the room. The main classes are:
Gentle Yoga a slower class that can be more suitable to beginners who want more time to learn the poses, and
Flow Yoga a faster moving class that can create a more cardiovascular feel at the height of the session.
Pilates is a low-impact exercise regime designed to strengthen, tone and control your muscular movements initiating from the core of the body.

Classes take place in Swan Wharf on Dace Road, just across from Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. Get here by Overground or DLR with Hackney Wick station and Pudding Mill Station both a couple of minutes away. Entry to the building is via the back door, you'll pass through a large green grate under a Fish Island Labs sign where you then take the stairs on the left and go to the first floor. The door will be left open for entry to the class.
