Great gym with easy parking. Friendly helpful staff and a great range of machines. Not the biggest gym but really maximised the use of space well.

Overall the equipment is well looked after and is well spaced out.

Old skool gym. Very good selection of machines. Bit of a walk between the dumbells and machines though.

A great gym for getting inside, doing a workout and getting out again in minimal time if you need to. There are social areas though like at the protein bar and seating near reception. Both males and females use this gym with a wide age range of people attending. A shame it isn't open on Sundays.

Some new equipment has been installed in the upstairs part of the gym. In doing so, some of the machines got moved which took a little searching to find them!

Friendly staff. The gym has a wide range of equipment which is well set out. Initially a slight confusion regarding the use of the pass but was quickly resolved.

To get a locker key you have to leave something with reception e.g. a key. This stops them from loosing their locker keys. I got round the equipment I wanted to use and fellow gym goers are rather polite, friendly and happy to share the equipement. This saves on waiting for it to become free.

Pretty hardcore, but great value gym - somewhat dated gear compared to a Virgin Active Gym say - but has all the cardio-machines downstairs.

Slightly annoying that the excercise bikes aren't plugged in, so offer no resistance...

Basic, but friendly gym - the weights area is a bit hardcore with pictures of body builders everywhere - doesn't look very female friendly, but the staff are fine...
