The fitness suite is equipped with the latest Life Fitness cardio and resistance machines as well as Hammer Smith equipment. If you’re focusing on strength training then you’ll find all the equipment necessary, from a two in one Smith Machine, free weight bench press, squat and power rack as well as wide range of free weights. Dual action pulley´s are also available and are great for training every muscle at different angles. With a wide range of classes and two weekly timetables you’ll be sure to find a class here that suits you. The Fitness Timetable includes TRX, Circuits and Yoga classes with the Muay Thai Timetable offering classes for all ages and all levels. You can also reach here by bus with routes 879 (Fairfax & John Willmot Schools – Sutton Oak Road), 902 (Bishops Way – Corporation Street) and 904 (Gracechurch Shopping Centre – Corporation Street). A large multi-storey car park is available within the shopping centre however charges may apply so please check in advance.
