About this gym

Ware-house fitness Swansea, located on the A4118 and very close to Swansea railway station, provides a unique training environment that makes everybody feel welcome, whilst at the same time leaving you feeling that you have been involved in something funky, new and edgy. From first time trainers to professional boxers, everyone is treated the same, it's all about turning up, feeling the buzz and giving 100%! At the home of Guerrilla fitness, the aim is to mix the conventional methods of machine based fitness (running machines, steppers, weights and multi gyms) with unique classes and functional training methods. Boxing forms a core part of the facilities at the Ware-house Swansea, with a fully functional boxing gym with ring, cardio equipment and a range of high quality light and heavy bags. The building also incorporates a rooftop training environment. The roof has 12 punch bags and a range of Guerrilla Fitness training apparatus. Sledge hammers, Tyres, Barrels and Sleighs amongst other things provide perfect tools for functional and strength training.
